Support SSP
Offering a first-class experience to these first-class students actually costs $6,200 each.
But few families could afford that amount, and SSP is committed to staying within the financial means of every qualified student.
Net of financial aid, families pay only about 40% of our costs.
In 2011, 32 deserving SSPers received $120,000 in need-based financial aid and fee waivers. One parent wrote:
"We think SSP is worth the whole fee and then some. But realistically we couldn't afford to pay more than $1,000, given the size of our family."
